Enlightening Journey to Ahad Museum

Girl scholars embarked on an enlightening journey to Ahad Museum in Udaipur on January 29th. Guided by the Head of the History Department, Dr. Bhagwati Nagda, and accompanied by Dr. Simmi Singh and Dr. Rod Singh Deora representing Guru Nanak Post Graduate Girls College, The students delved into the historical records of the Ahad civilization through a curated exploration of the museum’s ancient artifacts. Dr. Nagda shared profound insights, unraveling the mysteries of the Copper Stone Civilization and various others preserved meticulously by the Archaeology Department. The discourse extended to the expert use of pottery, copper tools, and seals discovered within these civilizations. The team led approximately 80 adept young minds on this learning trip. Co-media in-charge, Dr. Simmi Singh, attested to the scholarly visit undertaken by these students as a smart journey of learning.
